This policy explains what Manali collects when you use our website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and email when you log in or place an order.
• Delivery addresses you give us.
• Your orders, returns and the products you looked at (shown as "Recently viewed").
• Whether you agreed to get offers on WhatsApp.
• Technical details such as your browser, device and the campaign link you came from, to measure our advertising.

What we never store

Card, UPI and bank details go straight to our payment partner. We never see or keep them.

How we use it

• To deliver your order, send your invoice, and tell you about delivery, returns and refunds.
• To show recently viewed products and keep your cart.
• To send offers on WhatsApp, only if you said yes. You can say no at any time.
• To understand which campaigns work, using Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) tools.

Who we share it with

Only with the courier (to deliver your parcel), our payment partner (to take payment) and our analytics tools. We don't sell your data.

Your choices

• You can clear "Recently viewed" from your account page.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your details by contacting us. We keep invoices as long as the law requires.
