Returns, exchanges and refunds

Manali wants you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, you can return it or exchange it for another size or colour.

Within 8 days of delivery

• You can ask for a return or an exchange within 8 days of the day your order is delivered (or collected from our shop).
• Items must be unused and unwashed, with the original tags, and sent back in their packing.
• Items altered on request can't be returned.

How to ask

• Call or WhatsApp our shop with your order number and tell us which item and why. We reply within one working day.
• Once we approve it, send the item back by courier or bring it to our shop in Pune.

Exchanges

• You can exchange an item for another size or colour of the same product, if it is in stock and costs the same or less.
• We send the new item once the returned one reaches us and passes a quick check.

Refunds

• Refunds go back to your original payment method (UPI, card or net banking).
• You get back what you paid for the returned item, including its share of any coupon discount. Delivery charges are not refunded.
• We refund within 2 working days of receiving the item. Your bank usually takes 5 to 7 working days to show it.
• If we can't supply an item you paid for, we refund the full amount.

Damaged or wrong item

If your parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund it in full.
