By using the Manali website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

• All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
• An order is confirmed only after your payment succeeds. If an item sells out while you pay, we refund the full amount.
• Coupons apply as described when they are offered, one coupon per order, and can't be exchanged for cash.

Product information

We show colours and details as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Returns and delivery

Our returns, exchanges and refunds policy and our shipping policy are part of these terms.

Your account

Keep your mobile number and one-time passwords to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

Our rights

We may cancel and refund an order if a price was shown wrongly, if we suspect misuse, or if we can't deliver to your address.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
