Where we deliver

• We deliver anywhere in India by courier. Enter your pincode on any product page to see whether we deliver there and how long it takes.
• In Pune you can also choose free pickup from our shop.

Charges and timing

• The delivery charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Orders are packed within 1 to 2 working days. Most parcels arrive within 3 to 7 working days after that, depending on the pincode.
• Festive days and courier holidays can add a day or two.

Tracking

• Once your parcel is shipped you get the courier name and tracking number on your order page.
• You can track any order with its order number and the mobile number used at checkout.

Store pickup

• Choose "Pickup from the Manali shop" at checkout. We tell you when your order is ready.
• Bring your order number when you come to collect it.

Payment

We accept UPI, cards and net banking through our payment partner. We don't offer cash on delivery.
